Peter has spent over 35 years working for a number of large financial services organisations in Europe, the Middle East, India and the Asia Pacific. As a result, Peter is able to take account of environmental differences from country-to-country and handle cross-cultural issues with sensitivity.

By closely linking the development and implementation of change initiatives to corporate values and business strategy, he has been able to help companies develop and sustain high performance cultures. He is a former governor of Christchurch School, Chelsea and of St Lawrence School, Effingham.

Peter has a strong interest in the performing arts and has been an enthusiastic performer since he was ten. He strongly believes in the power of theatre and dance in fostering personal growth and wellbeing and recognises the huge importance of the many benefits that Freewheelers members gain from activities, including developing artistic skills, improving physical fitness and mental health, learning how to work as part of a team, making friends, developing and maintaining self-esteem and gaining confidence.

He is proud to be a Freewheelers Trustee!
